I recently bought a hárth lightbulb for my bedroom and am really loving not only the soft and warm lighting, but also how easy it is to transition from reading to sleeping once I turn it off. It truly makes a big difference with regard to the atmosphere.
I was hoping this would be a little dimmer for bedroom reading.
This bulb has helped me go to bed earlier and fall asleep faster. Before I would read in a chair before bed and just wouldn't get tired, but I've been getting tired faster using this bulb (body releasing more melatonin?). The color feels cozy to my wife and I.
Only works when I sleep well all night. It never notes any awake times during the night, unless I get out of bed. It only records
one time out of bed even if I get up more. If I am slow to fall to sleep, wake up early, or am awake in the middle of the night it records light sleep. It always says it takes 5 min. to fall to sleep. Respirations always are 13. I have had the sleep tracker for over two months. I do not know if it is accurate in recording the type of sleep. It might be. Not worth the high cost unless you are a good sleeper.
I really love these light bulbs. I got them to try and help mitigate my migraines and I believe they are helping. I honestly haven’t gotten one since I switched to these bulbs.
